Fears of a possible constitutional crisis are increasing after a clear confrontation between Donald Trump and a federal judge after the president was ordered to stop deportation trips to El Salvador. Meanwhile, Trump also moved to the dismantling of the Ministry of Education this week – and it is still unclear how much the agency will remain intact. Since he took office, Trump went after the executive agencies, the programs approved by Congress and the army, and now the judiciary is chasing. “I think we have a confrontation in which the Supreme Court will decide the executive authority that the president has.” But until that moment is reached, he continued, “I will not say that we are in the constitutional crisis.”

“He did not hear him before the court challenged a judge, what he did not hear if he went to the end of the road” to the Supreme Court, Michael Shearer added to the discussion. “If he challenges this court, this will be a great moment.”
