According to the Michigan University’s Memulation Index, US consumers began their increasing concern over the approach of US President Donald Trump in economic policy and international trade. The fears of the trade war led to a decline in consumer confidence, and consumer enlargement expectations have increased.

The OOM OOM’s morale showed that the total consumer expectations were contracted in January, as it decreased to 67.8 compared to the average investor expectations to climb to 71.8 from 71.1 December. It is the lowest reading in the main emotions index in UOM since July last year, and the ordinary American consumer may not be in a wonderful condition or a confident feeling that Wall Street might originally believe.

The inflation forecast for consumers increased in UOM, as it increased to 3.3 % over the next five years and jump to 4.3 % over the next 12 months, as multiple rounds of customs tariff threats are held at the consumer level.
