A sperm donor who exposes a couple to a “nightmare” of the behavior controlled by their child was named by the judge as a warning about the risk of unorganized sperm donation.
Robert Charles Albon claims that he had given birth to more than 180 children in many countries after announcing sperm donation services called Joe Donor.
Jonathan Forens Ki, who was sitting as a deputy judge at the Supreme Court, took a rare step in calling him as a parent in the Family Court as a warning to other women who are considering buying sperm from him.
In a written ruling, he said that it is the public reformer to be named Albon, so “weak women interested in such services must fully understand the risks of participation with him.”
Albon, an American who lives in northeastern England, took a couple of the same sex to the court demanding the rights of parents, including his name in the child’s birth certificate that he had generated with a woman.
Albon also requested that a non -biological mother called “my aunt”, although she was present at birth and called her “mother” by the child.
He refused his demands, the judge said that Albon’s actions “concluded in a shell of seeking to protect the luxury [the child]”But in reality, he was a man” seeking control. “
The court heard that the couple intends to have a albon involvement in the future until the child asked about his parents and expressed his desire to see him.
Alpon’s ads indicated that “it will leave the mother about whether there should be any contact” and said that he only saw the child to take a picture, in a meeting that did not last more than 10 minutes.
Forenes also rejected Albon’s claim that he and the biological mother had sex secretly at the back of the car.
The court heard that the procedures resulted in the collapse of the couple’s relationship, but mothers wanted to continue to continue to be the parents of the child, and to participate in care. The issue also caused the suffering of the mental health of the biological mother.
The judge said: “It seems that women and children are almost a commodity for him as he puts the number of children around the world,” the judge said.
The case, BBC mentioned for the first timeThe Cardiff Court of Family was heard in late 2023, when Albon was 52 years old, but the written judgment was recently published.
The judge said that Albon had followed the case as a “means of control” or “punishing” mothers. “It highlights the need for women to understand the risks that themselves are approaching unorganized, unimportant unoffers,” he said.
Both women supported Albon’s naming. The non -biological mother said that the world needs to know the risks associated with the unorganized donation of sperm, describing the court for two years as a “nightmare” and “horror story”.
No woman has opposed an email or card every year for the child from Albon under the so -called call to a quarter of the letters, with the elements that are kept when the child is able to understand them.
In an interview with the sun last year, Albon said he was donor for 13 or 14 years and had generated about 180 children.
He said that he is offered to send or bring semen to women or have sex with them, describing his services as “his own hobby” and he is “always ready to help.”
