Trump vs. Maine: DOJ announces lawsuit over trans athletes in girls’ sports

The US Department of Justice has announced a lawsuit against Main State in order to challenge President Donald Trump’s executive order to keep biological males from sport girls and women and the ninth address violations.

Prosecutor Bam Bondi announced the lawsuit at a press conference on Wednesday morning. This is the latest chapter in the battle between the state and the Trump administration after a federal judge stopped freezing funding started by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Bondi joined the press conference by conservative activist Riley Jins and controlled Stephanie Turner, who recently drew viral attention to the issue of inserting a crossing in the women’s fence with a clip of bowing in protest against a transient opponent.

“The Ministry of Justice will not sit when women are discriminatory to sport,” Bondi told a news conference. “… what they have gone through is terrible.”

Fox News Digital communicated with Mina Janet Mills offices and public lawyer Harun Fry for their offices for comment.

“We want to adhere to the states with us,” Bondi added.

Bondi said they were seeking a judicial order and returned to the “truly” girls in the competitions in which the transit athletes participated.

Turner talked about the Ministry of Justice’s lawsuit against the state to Fox News.

“It is sad to be a political issue, and I think this was a lost opportunity by Democrats to mobilize support between the vast majority of the United States.” Turner said about the press conference.

“I am very grateful because we have a management that takes this issue seriously.”

The announcement of the lawsuit comes nearly two months after a notorious hostile exchange between Trump and Mills at the meeting of the Party Governor at the White House on February 21. The exchange with Trump has ended with the phrase “he sees you in court” after Mills insisted that her country refuses to correspond to his matter.

Now, the Trump administration has pledged to pledge the case to the court.

The administration collected the state with the federal pressure to comply with this issue over the past seven weeks, as it has launched multiple investigations in its educational institutions and even reduced funding from the US Department of Agriculture.

In response, the state filed a lawsuit against the administration on the recent US Department of Agriculture discounts, and a federal judge also ordered that funding cannot be frozen.

“Democrats in Maine have doubled on their distant agenda, and now our students and our families are ready to lose hundreds of millions in federal financing. Their radical gender ideology is of the continued presence of women’s sports and the punishment of Maine students, against the will of the citizens of Maine.”
