TEMU has good products and services, but their marketing emails are very aggressive.

Their application is acceptable, but daily emails are often misleading and overwhelming.

Customers appreciate discounts, not deceptive topics in unwanted emails.
TEMU does business around the world, and it seems that many people are completely happy with it, despite a slight reputation on the products that cannot be what you think they were. I was a TEMU agent for a while, and the largest of my problem is the assault on the company’s mailbox published by the company.
I am very happy with TeMu in general
As I recently wrote, I am a somewhat happy customer. Although I only buy certain types of products from the site (such as numbers, MTG card boxes, etc.), I have always arrived at the specified time and as shown. Your miles may differ, of course.
Even the app, which is not largely inserted through a counter -fraud on the spinning wheel for discounts, is something I can tolerate, as long as I imagine that I am looking for the digital goods market. And it goes without saying, I do not give the application any permissions that you do not need precisely, and certainly I do not give privileges of notice. Although the same applies to each application only to my iPhone.

4 reasons began to buy things through TeMu
The temptation is real.
However, their emails are unable
What really has grown for resentment is TEMU emails, which are uncompromising and began to increase my mail box. Certainly, I was already canceled (which seems to have succeeded, we will see) but sometimes there are legitimate promotional offers I want to know.
TEMU credit, the company provides good love controls for the communications it receives. When searching for account settings on the website, I can make sure that I still get things like shipping notifications, or information about import fees.
The titles feel like Clickbait
Again, it is not just the fact that TEMU sends this marketing emails. All online stores do this with one degree or another. In fact, I would like to get email messages with custom deals, and I often find things I want, so this is good Marketing when doing it properly. However, this is not what Timo sends you. Look at this email.
When this topic line appears in your mail, assume that something you requested on TEMU has delayed some reason. However, when you actually click on the email, you get a “special offer” which is usually two free elements if you spend the minimum money.
Again, I may not get angry at getting such an offer in the mail, but the site sent me an email “sorry for delay” once a day.
The messages of “your package cannot be delivered” are actually legitimate signs that I need to pay customs duties of some kind, but even those that need better topic lines.
Discounts are welcome, but the random mail is not so
When I compare how TEMU markets the email to existing customers with other sites such as Amazon, it is clear that they have different philosophies. Other most firm stores send me email messages I feel useful. I am pleased to learn that things in my wish list have been deducted, or that there is a new piece of devices, or that there is a large sale.
I benefit from this information all the time and that is good. What I do not enjoy is to be immersed like an hour via an email containing a misleading address, then it contains an unique special offer (since I get it every day) is associated again with unannounced requirements apparently designed by a team of developers who specialize There is nothing but dark patterns.
If TEMU wants to build goodwill with its customers, it must cool it on the annoying and misleading email communications at times. TEMU, you have more than enough cheap things that attract a lot of people. There is no need to steal the bombing for me on a daily basis with random mail.
