Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admits that he left “upset” the decision to transfer Manchester United last summer.
Solskjaer spent more than a decade in Old Trafford as a player – won six titles in the Premier League and Champions League – before there was a talisman responsible for the club.
The former international Norway was managed by Manchester United for a period of three years, and his referee ends in November 2021 after a difficult talisman.
After more than three years, Solskjaer returned to the football administration at the beginning of 2025, and took his duties at Turkish Super Lig Club Besiktas.
Although its focus on Besiktas, Solskjaer still watches United “when I can” enjoy seeing some of his former players such as Bruno Fernandes “well.”

Solskjaer was “annoyed” to see another of its former stars – Scott Mctomin – leaving the club last summer.
MCTIMINY joined the Italian side Napoli in a deal worth 25 million pounds after spending his entire career in Manchester United.

The Scottish midfielder enjoyed an impressive initial season in Naples, helping Antonio Conte in the Napoli challenge to the title in the first division.
He was asked if he was still following Manchester United Athlete: ‘When I can. It is still good to see Bruno Fernandez and Harry [Maguire] fine.
Scotty works well in Naples. I am upset that we allowed him to leave because he was important last season when he continued to appear with goals. His heart and knowledge of culture were important.

But my focus here now; It should be. It is a huge club with fans all over Türkiye and all over the world.
We played an external cup game on the Olympic field and brought 12,000, but we felt it was 40,000 because it was very high.
“Besiktas is more than just a football club and started as a gymnastic club. Society is important here and there are similarities with United. Pesckets was the first Turkish club to play outside Türkiye.

I have a big task. My mission is to make each player here the best version of themselves. The employees also. I want them to feel important here.
Solskaire also revealed that he rejected “at least 40” work offered at the time between his talismans responsible for Manchester United and Pesxtus.
“I have offered many jobs, but it must be the right opportunity,” he said.
“There were at least 40. But they were not right; I needed to be in for me job. I am a people. I use human capital around me.
So why is Pesckets? It is a huge club that has a great history in an amazing city. But I spoke to them twice before, six months ago and a year ago.
It was different this time with the president and the way he talked about restoring the old similarity with values and respect. Human values are like never surrendering, always fighting. They want football fast and attacking.
