As a person who spends a large part of its time on social media – primarily x – I had to learn to set limits for myself so that I would not have absorbed the whirlpool of negativity (and non -productivity). In fact, it is somewhat good to “turn off it” when needed. But I realize that I almost did not benefit from myself from one of the useful jobs provided by the platform: a button. Well – it’s not a truly button, but it is a choice. It is one that you can use for a specific user/account or for certain conditions.
