Janek, the global sinner, accepted the immediate ban for a period of three months of tennis after reaching a settlement with the Anti -Doping Agency (WAA) Test two positive drugs last year.

He added: “However, according to the code and thanks to Cas Preprent, the athlete bears the responsibility of neglecting Entourge. Based on a unique set of facts in this case, a three -month suspension is considered an appropriate result.”
