An Indiana police officer accused the six -year -old for him to stand abroad at frozen temperatures bearing a sign that threatens her brother as a punishment because of the tampering because she was not allowed to wear lip shine.
Both of them accused the Logansport police officer Kodi Scott and his wife Kylie Scott, with two charges of neglecting the felony of children. The officer was also placed on vacation, WTHR said.
On January 19, when he was only 18 degrees outside, one of the witnesses noticed the girl who stands outside with the mark and called 911.
“I want to stab and kill my brother – I even take antipsychotics – if I need to give compassion – then give it to the victims,” I read the mark.

But Scott responded to the scene – with his supervisor – and spoke to the concerned witness.
“This child stands here in the frozen cold with a mark,” the caller told Skut.
Scott admitted that he was responsible for treating the girl, but he defended his actions.
“Yes, I went out here every 30 minutes, and returns inside every 10 minutes to heat it,” he said.
While they were talking, he “male older” pulled him and expressed his concern for the girl as well, and asked Scott about why she had to stay in the cold with a threat sign.
Indiana’s parents were arrested on charges of ill -treatment after claiming that the 10 -year -old son claims, and told the brothers to hit him.

Scott said: “Well, sir, regardless of her cruelty to physically, I did not do any other punishment that I have worked with,” said Scott.
“I threatened to kill my family, want to embarrass us, want to urinate on herself and destroy things at home. I have a [Department of Child Services] He added that the concerned Caseworker specialist was in treatment for three years, and she also had a school wrapping program.
The caller Skut 911 told his daughter that she was taken to hospital twice, but she was “expelled”.
“I threatened not to pick it up,” Scott said to the caller, noting that he retreated after he was warned that the child services management would be notified of abandonment if he did not pick it up.
Scott’s wife told the investigators later that their daughter had to carry the mark because she was silent when she was told that she could not wear the lip shine.
But this was not the first time that the girl asked for a mark.

The girl’s specialist said in one incident, which made her parents carrying a sign to school saying: “I urinate everything and cover it like the cat.” Her school also stated that she was forced to carry a mark in the Walmart that she read, “I am lying to harm others.”
The girl’s parents admitted that she suffers from behavioral disorders that require medications, which an investigator said was an attempt by the parents to justify their actions. But the investigator said this acceptance can make the alleged crime worse.
On Wednesday, the Logansport Public Works Council voted to put Scott on vacation without paying for the period of investigation.
Logansport police chief said they put Scott on vacation and handed the investigation to Indiana police “within hours” of the accident in January.
