Brown said he was dealing with an injury coming into the game, while quarterback Jalen Hurts was coming off a stint on the bench after suffering a concussion.

“I’ve never seen him read [on the sideline]; “I saw the book in his hands,” Hurts said. “Everyone has something different and finds their flow in different ways. This is the way they choose to do it.”

Inner Excellence’s free advertising on US network television did not appear to immediately increase sales. On Sunday night, it was listed at No. 573,835 on Amazon’s book sales charts.
