When you need to sign a document sent to you as a PDF file or a word file, you can easily take care of this using your phone. Whether you are using an iPhone or Android phone, both include compact options to add a quick signature on a document, save a new version and send it to whom you need.

You will first need to open a PDF file you want to sign – whether it is a PDF from an email or a web site.
