When you need to sign a document sent to you as a PDF file or a word file, you can easily take care of this using your phone. Whether you are using an iPhone or Android phone, both include compact options to add a quick signature on a document, save a new version and send it to whom you need.
These tools work in a pinch, but I do not recommend them if you are specifying a deeper document that requires multiple signatures and fill many text boxes. A more advanced signing tool like Docusign or Microsoft 365 is improved, and frankly, if you record something like the apartment lease, you may want to move a larger screen like a computer or tablet.

Most of the documents that need your signature are much shorter and simpler, so if you deal with one of these, the Apple coding tool and the Google Drive app include each of them is a quick way to fill your documents and on their way.
Sign with Google Drive on Android or iPhone

When using Google Drive on Android, you will first need to open a PDF file you want to sign.
When it is open, depending on the file, you will get either Restricting Distinguished option with pencil or Stuck A pencil with Squiggly. If you have Restricting Option, you can then select Fill the form To enter your additional information. If you just have Stuck The option, you can click on it to bring the pen tool, and you can use it to give a quick signature to your document.
This signature was added using the Improvised Commentary Review tool.
Unfortunately, Google Drive does not constantly discover PDF files that you should get the option to fill the form, and if you need to modify the document to include an ordinary text, you may want to use a more powerful alternative service instead. If the above steps have accomplished what you need for your document, then you can click on Preserve At the right right to save these changes. If you want to make a separate version with these changes, you can click more The button is characterized by three vertical points and press Save as.
Google Drive has less flexibility. After opening PDF, you’ll see the Fill Out Form option below, indicating whether Google Drive can fill the form. Otherwise, there is no explanation option to decline. Apple has its own compact tool to sign a document, which can be used instead.

Sign with an Apple coding tool on iPhone
The Apple coding tool allows to hang documents and photos with text, images, expressive symbols and signatures. You can access this tool from all over iOS, either directly during a PDF display or from the Apple sharing menu.
You will first need to open a PDF file you want to sign – whether it is a PDF from an email or a web site. Depending on the application you use to view, you may actually see Coding A tool in the lower right corner of the screen, represented by the pen’s advice inside a circle. If you do not do so, click on Involve A icon features a square with an ascending arrow, and in the upper list to find and pressure Coding.
After running the coding, you will first get the scribble option directly on the document using a variety of pen tools – but do not use it to sign on the document. After preparing this signature, you can click finished To transfer it to a text box in the document. You can then use your finger to pull, drop and change the size as needed.
Whether you use the text box option or the signature option, you can make additional adjustments with each box by clicking on the option icon alongside each box, it features three points (…). This popup will allow you to cut, copy, repeat or delete the square as needed.
Upon completion of your adjustments, you can either determine finished To save changes or use the sharing icon to send a modified document to another application such as your e -mail or cloud storage.
