If you try to play before Fall men On Linux, there is a good opportunity to have problems. I did it, and I learned that getting the game to a playable condition takes on multiple levels of configuration. I will put them here so that you can enter some of the Royale battle.
I had to go to this process because some of me’s friends wanted to play autumn players, but outside the keyboards, it is only available for Windows. I can switch to Windows, but I prefer to use Linux on my computer whenever possible. I am used to playing games with Proton, but it turns out that playing guys takes some special configurations, especially when you want to join a party. I read several forum evidence and publications to find out all this, and I decided to assemble the process in one article here for anyone else who needs to follow my steps.
You may be able to follow if you are using a steam surface, although I haven’t tested these instructions on my deck.

Games on Linux are easier than ever, but there are still combustion motives for them.
Step 1: Get a heroic gaming launcher
The first step is to get epic games on your Linux computer. There are multiple ways you can do, but I prefer the heroic gaming launcher. Bottles, ultras, legendary and legendary are very difficult or transparent for my comfort level, especially when I just want to jump in a game with some friends. You can try one of these other methods, but I cannot say how easy it is to follow it, especially if you want to enable EOS overwhelming overlays.
In any Linux distribution, you can get a champion gaming launcher from Appimage The heroic download page. Instead, you can install it as Flatpak:

I got it on Garuda Linux via the arc user warehouse by installing this package:
sudo pacman -S heroic-games-launcher-bin

After installing and launching the championships, follow the claims to log in to your EPIC account. Your game library will then be presented where you can install the players.
Don’t worry about Anticheat warnings. The Fall Guys Anticheat will work on Linux as long as you have the correct version of Proton Intstalled.
Step 2: Download the correct version of the proton
Of course to play an exclusive game for Windows will need a compatibility layer. Heroic allows you to easily install, allowing you to choose between glorious egogroll versions of wine and protein. In my case, the autumn players will not be launched with Wine-EG, but he did so with Ge-PROTON. Specifically, the version 9-27 of the GE-PROTON was, although by time you read there may be a newly available version that works better.
On the left movement in Heroic Games, click “Wine Manager”.
Make sure to install at least one version of Ge-PROTON. If you are not sure of the choice, go with the latest version.
It is possible that you end up with a different version of GE-PROTON, but we will return to this after forming everything else.

Discover if the game is playable it should not be difficult.
Step 3: EOS overlap
This step is crucial if you want to be able to join a party in the autumn of men or do anything else dependent on EOS (EPIC Online Services). This will get social overlap, which allows you to see your friends online with whom you have in epic games before. You can invite them or accept invitations. It also integrates directly with the autumn players so that you can join and leave parties in the game as well.
If you do not care about parties, you can skip this step, and the game will run alone without it.
In the Heroic Games side list, go to Settings> Advanced. Look for an EOS overlapping section and click “Install”.
Wait for the installation to finish, then it will occupy the time to move to the formation.
Step 4: Get the formation of players to fall properly
Return to the fall of the players in your gaming library and meat on the icon of three degrees in the upper right corner of the launch page. In the drop -down menu, click “Empowering EOS Overlay.”
Next, click the Guys settings icon (three lines with points in it). On the “wine” tab, be sure to set your wine version to the Ge-PROTON version you just installed.
Settings are saved automatically, so close the settings menu and return to the Guys Fall launch page.
Step 5: Profit
You are now ready to play, guys. You can put social overlap to invite friends to your party or accept an invitation by hitting Shift+F3.
As I said before, there is an opportunity for you to try the proton. If the game is not played, or you face other strange problems, try installing a different version of GE-PROTON.
