Get Clearer, More Actionable Feedback

Have you ever at the recipient of mysterious reactions? Your manager may have said, “You have to be more strategic.” Or perhaps they mentioned that they want to see you “deepening your knowledge of work” or that they want your direct report was more than a “team player”. On the one hand, you may be able to hear their boxes, but on the other hand, you may feel frustrated because their instructions are not implemented or clear. Without details or concrete examples, you left guessing what the success and loss of what it should be changed exactly.
