The FBI commented as an analyst in the list of Cash Patel’s enemies after Mr. Patel told the legislators that the office under his leadership will remain outside the political battle and the employees are not punished for partisan reasons.

Mr. Oton worked to achieve two major investigations that angered Mr. Trump and Mr. Battle, including the FBI investigation in Russian intervention during the 2016 presidential elections.
