Former NFL coach and ESPN analyst Rex Ryan set the Internet on fire on Sunday after he accidentally revealed his bizarre lock screen on live television.
During the Sunday NFL countdown on ESPN, Ryan was displaying a photo of his wife Michelle on the front of his cell phone when fans spotted something unusual in the photo.
Instead of opting for a regular shot of Michelle smiling or posing for the camera, the former New York Jets and Buffalo Bills coach appears to have a shot of his longtime partner sitting and checking her phone.
What’s even more bizarre is that the photo was taken from an angle that captures a close-up of the bottom of her feet.
Ryan, who has previously spoken publicly about his foot obsession, was caught filming and talking about Michelle’s foot in a 2010 video that went viral during his tenure as the Jets coach.
The 62-year-old was brutally mocked by fans after his love of feet was once again exposed live on ESPN.

One user on X asked: “What’s going on there in foot fetish?”
Another said: “Rex Ryan is terrible.”
A third asked in disbelief: Is this real?
“Yes… that’s interesting,” a fourth wrote.
While one simply commented: “He’s got something…”
A couple of months ago, Ryan discussed his foot obsession during an appearance on Pivotal Podcast.
“I love my wife’s feet,” he said. “I don’t know what it is, but if a girl’s feet are up, I’m out.” I don’t care how cool it is. I’m out.
‘I don’t know what the hell it is. But it’s like some people are boobs guys, or leg guys, you know whatever. Of course I notice a beautiful, gorgeous face, but don’t mess with yourself, I’m checking out the feet.
