“We were attacked every day, but this was done with a lot of resources. Either a large and coordinated group and/or a country involved. Follow …”
Later on Monday, Mr. Musk claimed at Fox News that IP addresses participating in the cyber attack were tracked to sites in the “Ukraine region”.
The United States government recently canceled some access to Ukraine satellite images and stopped exchanging intelligence, and accumulated pressure on Kiev while President Trump seeks a quick end to the war with Russia.
In a publication that was now deleted on Telegram, the Dark Storm Team group claimed responsibility for the attack.
About 40,000 users have reported that they could not access the statute on Monday, according to data from Tracking Downloader.com.
Complaints about the power outage increased at about 10 am in the United Kingdom, and again at 2 pm.

A source in the Internet infrastructure industry told Reuters that the platform had been attacked several waves of service rejection (DOS) at about 9.45 am.
According to the National Cyber Security Center, DOS attacks are attempts to excessively download a website or network – aimed at destroying or making it completely unknown.
Such attacks are not necessarily sophisticated but can cause great disorder.
