The President of El Salvador Nayeb Boucley said on Monday that he was not tending to return Kilmar Armando Arabo Garcia to the United States.

Abu Garcia, a Salvadori citizen who lived in Maryland about 15 years ago, was deported to El Salvador despite his protection by the American immigration judge. He is held in Bukele Mega Prison known as Cecot. The Supreme Court ordered the Trump administration to facilitate its return.

During the Bukele oval office on Monday, Trump and his team said it was up to the Salvaduri government to report whether it would return it. The agent said he will not do it.

“The question is not useful: How can I smuggle a terrorist to the United States?” The agent said.

He was a major ally of Trump, which increases the deportations to the famous Salvadouri prison. The Trump administration is paying the government of El Salvadori 6 million dollars to house immigrants there.

The case includes the law of foreign enemies

More than 200 immigrants have been sent to prison without due procedures using a mysterious law in wartime called the law of foreign enemies to deport large groups of Venezuelans and Salvadorians whom the administration says are members of a gang. Abu Garcia’s lawyer says he is not a member of any gang.

While the Supreme Court ultimately ruled that the Trump administration could use the law – which was invoked during the 1812 war and the two world wars – to deport migrants, The Supreme Court also ordered Trump administration to facilitate the return of Abyerigo Garcia.

Public Prosecutor Bam Bondi, who was part of the BUKELE Oval Office meeting, said that the administration’s commitment only extends to the provision of a plane, but said that Abrego Garcia is now in Al -Salvadori’s reservation.

She said that Abyerigo Garcia was not legally in the United States and reduced the case by deporting him as the issue of “papers”. “It is up to El Salvador if they want to return it. This is not up to us,” Bondi said.

Foreign Minister Marco Rubio and White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller said it was arriving at the agent. Miller said: “He is a citizen of El Salvador, so it is very arrogant even the American media to suggest that we will even tell El Salvador and how to deal with their citizens,” Miller said.

Rubio stressed that the United States court has no right to foreign policy.
