It took President Donald Trump’s new administration less than 10 minutes to get a lawsuit filed.

A team of organizations—the nonprofit Citizen’s Public Defenders, the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE), and the left-wing nonprofit Democracy Defenders Fund—sued Trump and his administration on Monday over plans to launch the Department of Government Efficiency, or DOG, under the leadership of billionaire Elon Musk.
