Race Horse Corbetts Cross died after a fatal fall in the Celltenham Gold Cup.

Jack Kennedy, the JP MCmanus, made by Jack Kennedy, fell during the last stages of the event on Friday at the festival, which was won by inothwearerthinkin.

The horse is the second to suffer from a deadly injury this week after the Springwell obstacle, who fell on Thursday in the obstacle of Jack Richards beginners.

A statement said: “In the fifth race of the day, Corbetz Corbette immediately attended by our veterinarians, but unfortunately he suffered a fatal blow.

“Our heartfelt condolences with his prayers.”

ITV Racing Ed Chamberin also shared the sad news live.
