Richard Johnson believes the difference of the difference, that the Hill constitution would be the horse that won the hero’s obstacle.
The eight-year-old won all ten races-nine first-class competitions-and Johnson did not see the 22 times winner of this record today.
Johnson, talking on behalf of the Casino Genting, said: “The constitution of Hill, I think Nikki Henderson, and perhaps the owner, had a lot of sadness given that he was only less than a year since he was not fine before Shallitham last year and had to withdraw it,” said Johnson, speaking on behalf of the Genting Casino.
“Everyone loved seeing Hill’s constitution, it was an absolute star. I thought, on Christmas, that he had returned to almost what it was. I’m sure he would improve again from that tour.
“He definitely showed me enough on the day when he traveled, he jumped. So for me, Hill’s constitution, it is the horse that everyone should overcome in the hero’s obstacle because he showed his back on this kind of situation.
“At the present time, the Hill Constitution race will be lost if it is logical. If it appears decent and healthy, it will take all the beating.”
