Apple takes legal measures to try to overthrow the request submitted by the UK government to present its customer data if necessary.

The BBC realizes that the American technology giant has appealed the Verateel Forces Court, an independent court with the authority to investigate claims against security service.

It is the latest development in an unprecedented row among one of the largest technology companies in the world and the UK government on data privacy.

In January, Apple was issued by a secret order of the Ministry of Interior to exchange encrypted data belonging to Apple users worldwide through the application of law in the United Kingdom in the event of a possible threat to national security.

It is still possible to access the data protected by the Apple encryption level by the company if a judicial order is issued, but the company cannot display or share encrypted data using the most difficult private tool for it, protecting advanced data (ADP).

ADP is the feature of subscribing to the subscription and the number of people who use it is not known.

Last week, the Apple chose to remove the ADP from the UK market rather than comply with the notice, which will include the creation of the “back door” in the tool to create access.

Apple said at the time that she would never compromise safety features, and she was disappointed by having to take action in the United Kingdom.

The UK’s affairs also angered the American administration with President Donald Trump, who describes it to the spectator as “something you hear about with China.”

Toulsi Gabbard, US Intelligence Chief, said she was not informed of the request of the United Kingdom.

She wrote in a letter that it was a “terrible violation” of the rights of American citizens to privacy and added that she was intending to know whether she had violated the conditions for the legal data agreement between the United States and the United Kingdom.

FT reports, which first revealed the legal procedure of Apple, that the court case can be heard in the next few weeks, but it may not be announced.

The Ministry of the Interior refused to confirm or reject the notice issued in January. Legally, this request cannot be announced.

But a spokesperson said: “On a larger scale, the UK has a long position to protect our citizens from the worst crimes, such as sexual assault on children and terrorism, at the same time protecting people’s privacy.

“The UK has the effect of strong guarantees and independent purchase to protect privacy and privacy only on an exceptional basis, in relation to the most dangerous crimes and only when it is necessary and is appropriate to do so.”

Apple refused to comment.
