New York — Google Owner Alphabet will purchase Wiz Cyblessation Startup for $ 32 billion.
The All-LASH deal was appointed to enhance the Alphabet profile in the cloud computing market, which is currently led by Amazon and Microsoft. Once the transaction is closed, the company says Wiz will join Google Cloud.
“Today, companies and governments working in the cloud are looking for stronger safety solutions and greater choice in the provisions of cloud computing,” Google Sundar Pichai said in a statement on Tuesday.
Wiz, a four -year -old start -up company in New York, prepares security tools designed to protect information stored in data centers from a distance from infiltrators.
