A major federal jury accused the captain of the California Highway Patrol after he was claimed that he had dropped a full bottle of sparkling wine before presenting an obscene behavior on a Los Angeles journey from Florida in April.
The Ministry of Justice (Doj) said that Dennis Wali Woodbury, from Azusa, California, 49, was charged with one charge of sexual intercourse within the private naval and regional jurisdiction of the United States.
Woodberry, according to a press release issued by the Ministry of Justice, is a former California patrol commander, who was rejected from the state service, and on April 13, he was a passenger on Jetblue flight from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Los Angeles.

Woodbury was represented in the Federal Court last month and was released on a bond of $ 50,000. It is scheduled to be called on May 12 in the US Boycott Court in the center of Los Angeles.
