Noel Clark told the Supreme Court that he was a victim of an “illegal plot” that includes the Guardian and a large number of other individuals after allegations of inappropriate behavior.
In the written requests, Mr. Clark’s legal team said that allegations that the actor, writer, producer and director who won the award was a false “offense of women”.
He added that the intention of “conspirators” was causing him “that could not be repaired” financial and reputation.
The trustee told the court that she would defend her deserts as real and in the public interest, and described the demand for the conspiracy as “the claim of brutal.”
The allegations against Mr. Clark were published in a series of articles in the Guardian in 2021 and 2022. He is now suing the newspaper and Guardian News and Media (GNM).
He says that the articles were incorrect and that the Guardian “played the role of the judge and the jury and the occasion” in his career and reputation.
Articles included claims from a number of women in the film and television industry, which accused him of inappropriate behavior and sexual behavior, for several years.
Mr. Clark, who is famous for his work in Kidolthod films, the stage of puberty and the Brotherhood, strongly deny these allegations.
It is expected to start providing evidence later today.
In her written presentations, the Guardian said that she will defend the case, and that the trial will hear from 16 women saying that she will give the court about Mr. Clark directly.
She says they will provide evidence of unwanted sexual harassment, sexual assault.
The trial is scheduled to last for six weeks.
